 I fixed the last error, now the build process finishes succesfully,
 but when I start pidgin, it complains about a missing symbol:
 "/usr/local/bin/pidgin: symbol lookup error: /usr/local/bin/pidgin:
 undefined symbol: purple_disco_set_ui_ops"

 To me, it looks like this function hasn't been compiled in - but why was
 there no build error ?
