 1. Launch Pidgin and connect to the required chat.
 2. Click on Tools-> Preference -> Conversation -> Default Formating
 3. Click on the background colour change icon and select the required
 colours.
 Expected Result:
 The background color of the text should be changed to what you have
 setted.
 Actual result:
 there is not background color, it doesn't work.
