Comment:

 What happen if you write stuff on your conv window and hide the emoticons?

 I tested it and in fact, the cpu ussage go up to 80% but when I "hide" the
 emoticons in the backlog the cpu goes down.

 I think it's a gdk issue not being able to animate lot of stuff without
 using lot of cpu.

 Closed as wontfix because it's a gdk issue and pidgin already try to
 animate only visible emoticons.
