Comment:

 This is a known issue with the version of aspell PHP installs, putting it
 in the PATH is something we believe to be incorrect and while it may be
 possible to work around it (I don't know that it actually is and strongly
 believe it likely is not) it isn't something we have so far been convinced
 is something we need to do. The solution as far as we are concerned is not
 to put random things in your PATH.
