 Issue 1: proxy servers don't like multiple Proxy-Authorization headers

 To fix this issue we must not send any Proxy-Authorization headers until
 recieve 407 Error from proxy.

 Issue 2: libpurple doesn't support using the current kerberos ticket to
 authenticate to the proxy server.

 patch was not about kerberos. I cant fix that.
 Just propose to use SSPI service on win platform to transparently
 authorizate user.
