 General:
 When moving my mouse around the screen I see the buddy info popup (yellow
 thing with picture, status, etc...) appear in the middle of other things I
 am working on.

 Steps:
 1. hover mouse over a buddy for a small amount of time (~.5seconds)
 2. move your mouse across the screen
 3. the buddy info popup shows at the new mouse location

 Thoughts:
 there is probably a timer that waits for you to hover for X amount of
 time, then shows the popup at the mouse location. A simple check to see
 that the mouse is still somewhere within the buddy window (not half way
 across the screen) before showing the popup would probably solve this.
