 This is not a sensitivity issue, this is a pidgin is being *told by
 Windows* that your network has disappeared (see the counts in the line I
 indicated) and as such is disconnecting itself.

 In certain circumstances it would likely be desirable for pidgin not to
 disconnect immediately but doing that would negatively impact part of the
 purpose of this feature (handling disconnection on laptop shutdown, etc.
 cleanly).
