 This issue seems to only rear it's ugly head when I'm receiving messages
 from anyone using aim on they're mobile devices.
 The messages come through in asian characters other than english.
 The messages changes back and forth it seems random. The issue started
 with an update from 2.6.3 to 2.6.4. This issue has also appeared on my
 desktop since I have updated today.
