 When buddies add me on MSN now, I don't get notification that they do and
 'Has You' always stays on no, so I can't tell if they can add me or not.
 The same goes for when I add them, they come up instantly but 'Has You'
 always says no.

 In all honesty, I half wonder if this is a server problem, rather than a
 client problem.
