 wait... So tickets can be accessed? then sorry, I take back what I said...

 I did not know the difference between "reports" and "tickets", sorry... In
 fact, I never liked any of the "reports", I always checked only the list
 of opened tickets, newest first :)

 Then sorry, I take back what I said in my previous post... HOWEVER, a link
 for /query is very much needed I think [What I would prefer is
 "http://developer.pidgin.im/query?status=!closed&desc=1&order=id"] ...

 Thanks for clearing that up, and sorry again, I got a little mad when I
 tought that it was the tickets that became hidden...
