 The ''reports'' are not the same thing as the tickets. You can still
 browse and search tickets via [http://developer.pidgin.im/query the /query
 page].

 The ''reports'' are only visible to logged-in users because there is a
 very real issue of server load generated from those reports, and limiting
 them to logged-in users was determined to be an appropriate mechanism for
 mitigating this.

 All that said, it would be nice if the /query page were linked to in the
 navbar when someone is not logged in.
