 AIM privacy settings are reset when an account is signed off, then on via
 the "Accounts" window. Settings are reset to allow all users to see
 status/IM you. Privacy settings Window does not reflect this change.
 Modifying the privacy settings persists until the account is signed off
 then on again via the Accounts window. There may be other ways to trigger
 this issue. Suspecting a change in the way privacy settings are
 communicated, as this problem seems to roughly coincide with the latest
 AIM release. This problem also seems to affect past versions of pidgin
 (2.5.7-fc11 I think?).

 Steps to reproduce:
 1. Execute pidgin, sign on an AIM SN.
 2. Set privacy options to block all users (or any other option other than
 the one in step 3, to ensure the option is set in step 3)
 3. Set privacy options to block anyone not on my buddy list
 4. Open the accounts window, uncheck the AIM SN that was signed in and
 privacy options were modified for
 5. Check the box before the AIM SN that you're testing the above with,
 allow it to sign in.
 6. Examine the status of the AIM SN from an account that is not added to
 the buddy list of the AIM SN above.
 7. Account should be listed as signed in, despite the privacy option
 setting.

 Reproducibility: Always. (Tested on multiple pidgin installs, by two
 different users).

 Can anybody else confirm?
