 Starting pidgin Offline or Invisible, and then going straight from
 Invisible to Available does not set Yahoo Available.  The account remains
 offline, even though the account signed in and is active on invisible and
 available.

 Going straight from Offline to Available works as expected, with no
 issues.

 This seems to ONLY happen when going from invisible to available or from
 offline to invisible, then to available.
