 When you have a window with -just one- conversation open that has unread
 message(s) (meaning you have not clicked inside the message window to mark
 them as read), and you try to close the window, the "Confirm close" dialog
 pops up, "You have unread messages, are you sure you want to close the
 window"

 As (in this case) there is only one unread message visible, can we assume
 that the message -has- been read, and prevent the popup popping up?
