 Yes, that is the line that comes up in the Debug Window. Additionally, I
 get the dialogue window saying "Unable to Add, unable to add the buddy xyz
 for an unknown reason." This is also occurring for me on another, newly
 built PC which has only ever had 2.6.3 installed.
