 Most of the time I don’t notice authorization requests because they are
 embedded into Pidgin’s buddy list. Since my buddy list is usually hidden,
 I get no notification whatsoever.

 Thus I’d like Pidgin to display such notifications as separate dialog
 windows instead.

 I am aware that this report is similar to #4059 but it’s still requesting
 a different solution.
