 Each account is already differentiated by server,username(nick),port.
 What do you mean by "name" in that context, do you mean the Real Name, if
 so, I don't think that would be a good option as any changes to that field
 that would have the effect of disconnecting all the old logs and prefs
 from the account.

 For your scenario, you can set up your dyndns entry to support wildcards
 and then use a unique subdomain for each entry.  I would much rather us
 recommend external solutions like this for this relatively uncommon
 scenario.
