#10215: Tooltips can become permanent
--------------------------+-------------------------------------------------
 Reporter: matt.fowles | Owner: rekkanoryo
     Type: defect | Status: new
Component: unclassified | Version: 2.5.5
 Keywords: tooltip |
--------------------------+-------------------------------------------------
 1) Have someone IM you a link
 2) Hover your mouse over the link in the window
 3) note that a tooltip containing the URL has appeared
 4) DO NOT MOVE YOUR MOUSE
 5) hit ESCAPE to close the chat window
 6) note that the chat window has closed, but the tooltip is still visible
 7) the tooltip will persist despite moving the mouse or causing other
 programs to open tooltips

In order to dismiss the tooltip, you must open the chat window, hover over
the link, and move the mouse to cause it to disappear.

This bug can be very confusing if the user does not realize which program
 is causing the lost tooltip.

 I am running a stock Ubuntu 9.04

 $ uname -a
Linux spiceweasel 2.6.28-15-generic #49-Ubuntu SMP Tue Aug 18 18:40:08 UTC
 2009 i686 GNU/
