Comment:

 nothing bad happens with that theme.  here's what I do:
 Tools, preferences, Smiley Themes, Add, and I browse to the folder that
 has the YMSG smiley theme, or the MSN smiley theme (both downloaded from
 the smileys on the Pidgin site), once I click on the theme, it does
 nothing.  Drag and drop does nothing either, unlike the note on the screen
 that says, "New themes can be installed by dragging and dropping them onto
 the theme list"
 Am I doing something wrong?
