 Hmm, I was thinking that the GTK+ tooltips stay "bound" to the mouse (i.e.
 they move as you move the mouse), but maybe that's not accurate.

 I don't know how it would work with trying to click on links; how would
 you then expose the tooltip for an element that was underneath the
 currently exposed tooltip?
