Comment:

 Closed as duplicate of #7853.[[BR]]We don't actually distribute aspell, we
 just provide an easy way to install it.

 As mentioned in the other ticket, the problem is that older versions of
 PHP (upcoming versions will not do it anymore) distribute an incompatible
 aspell dll with the same name as the official version.
