 I see two issues.
   1. Fix the crash (probably the CDATA/vCard thing.)
   2. Check the result of the vCard publishing IQ before broadcasting a
 presence stanza with the vcard-temp:x:update hash set.

 Sadly, even Ignite's own client doesn't do this properly, which is why
 it's crashing, I suspect.
