Comment:

 Yes, that's exatly what i've tried. I've even removed all other Themes,
 but it's still beeping. The Text("Windows users don't expect the PC
 Speaker beeping at them when they backspace in an empty textview and stuff
 like thatgtk-error-bell = 0") which i should insert into the gtkrc file is
 already there. Or do i have to change more files than the gtkrc-file in
 the MS-Windows-Theme-Folder?

 I don't know how to re-install Gtk+, so i can't do this.

 I'm becoming mad of this beeping;-)
