 There are two another approaches I believe no-one has made.[[BR]]
 When a user selects "Google Talk" as a new account type, it automatically
 creates an XMPP account, therefore, it's contacts are XMPP contacts, and
 there's no way back.

 It would, howevere, be posible to create a new GTalk plugin which is just
 a wrapper for the normal XMPP plugin as far as client-server communication
 goes, '''however''', contacts belonging to GTalk-type account can has
 different icons - since different prpls have different icons.

 This also open the doors to add GTalk-specific extensions to the plugin
 (like the "appear offline" capability that AFAIK, is not XMPP-standart).

 Is this possible? Or did I forget some ''really'' important point that
 makes this idea ridiculous?
