 Ticket #3804 might be a duplicate of this one here.

 I would whish for a "Get Info" button for all protocols, not only ICQ, as
 it would always be handy to get detailed infors about the user making the
 request. If there isn't space for an additional button, maybe the user
 name could be turned into a link?

 Looking at mini_dialog_set_description the GTK stuff seems to support a
 fair amount of HTMLism, even though the mini-dialog framework itself does
 not. So it would be within the scope of pidgin development to extend that
 framework and allow for links.
