 I ended up using a TURN server.
 It basically relays UDP packets.
 You can configure it in Preferences>Network

 I use http://numb.viagenie.ca/ (It's free of charge)

 I've still to try setting up a TURN server in my own gateway and see how
 that works (probably lower lag), but it seems you won't be able to with
 your router.
