 One friend of mine, on my MSN contact list has 2 accounts, the buddy icons
 of which will not update. One shows blank, and one shows a very old (at
 least a few months) icon. This is the case on 2 of my accounts.

 Notes:

 * Client: 2.7.0~mtn20100310+fc8a21d1 (a nightly build), Ubuntu 9.10

 * Buddy icons for both accounts load in MSN Official, empathy and aMSN.

 * When the 2 accounts were added to another MSN account of mine, neither
 would display any icons.

 * Buddy Icon Tool (from the Plugin Pack) "refresh" had no effect, but also
 made no debug log entries, so may not have started properly.

 * All other contacts appear to be fine.

 * My friend is using Kopete on OpenSUSE, and I doubt any of my other
 friends are.
