 Pidgin requires the x264enc and h264parse GStreamer plugins in order to
 participate with a Google/XMPP video chat. However, pidgin does not
 provide any indication (e.g., an error message) when these plugins are not
 installed and the user tries to participate in a Google/XMPP video chat.
