New description:

 I get a repeated, annoying message from MSN users in China:

 {{{ 立即安装最新版本 Messenger 保护盾，和好友加密聊天！ http://im.live.cn/safe/ }}}

 It's telling the recipient to install the latest version of Windows Live
 Messenger for security reasons. I consider this an invasive advertisement,
 as the users themselves aren't actually sending this message. I think that
 Pidgin, or perhaps a plugin, should filter these advertisements to prevent
 the recipient from seeing them.
