 I guess that could be some kind of message from Chinesse Switchboard
 servers. I don't know if there is some way to know if this particular
 message was sent by your buddy or by the server without your
 authorization.

 I think this kind of filtering fits better on a plugin capable of filter
 messages based on the content than in pidgin itself.
