 Hello again,

 I just realized, that I am getting a 2nd prompt also, but cannot determine
 the difference in why and when which prompt is being, well, prompted. Here
 is the second one:

   SSL Certificate Verification
   Accept certificate for gmail.com?
   The certificate for gmail.com could not be validated.
   The certificate is not trusted because no certificate that can verify it
 is currently trusted.

 And the "View certificate..." Button leads to:

   Common name: gmail.com
   Fingerprint (SHA1):
