No, it's not. Server-side contact processing would look more like this,
interspersed with information from actual YMSG packets:
{{{
(00:19:37) yahoo: Oh good, msn/xxxxxxxx at hotmail.com is in the right group
(Pidgin).
(00:19:37) yahoo: Setting federation to 2
(00:19:37) yahoo: Oh good, msn/xxxxxxxxxxxxxx at comcast.net is in the right
group (Pidgin).
(00:19:37) yahoo: Setting federation to 2
(00:19:37) yahoo: Oh good, xxxxxxx is in the right group (Pidgin).
(00:19:37) yahoo: Oh good, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is in the right group
(Pidgin).
(00:19:37) yahoo: Oh good, xxxxxxx is in the right group (Pidgin).
}}}
> A search through the plugins showed that Trillian is referenced in the
archive reading 2.7.1 plugin, which was activated by default. None of the
archive locations listed in the plugin exist. (I have only used Pidgin or
Gaim on this computer.) This plugin should not be activated by default.
It is now deactivated.[[BR]]
[[BR]]
Pidgin has no mechanism for loading plugins by default.
It will almost certainly be beneficial to have a new debug log with no
plugins loaded that covers the entire sign-in process and opening a
conversation with the user.
