 In
 [http://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/Protocol%20Specific%20Questions#CanIuseWindowsPidginforBonjour
FAQ] and others tickets I search around are references to the old
 [http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/bonjourforwindows.html Bonjour for
Windows] link that redirects to [http://support.apple.com/kb/DL999 Bonjour
Print Services for Windows]. Last link indeed install Program
 Files\Bonjour\mDNSResponder.exe v2.0.2.0 that doesn't work like v1.0.6.0
 used to.

 [http://secunia.com/vulnerability_scanning/personal/ Secunia PSI] suggest
v1.0.6 is unsupported and should be upgraded to latest version.

Where everything goes well with the old Bonjour version now has this new
 behavior:
  * Upgraded Windows clients don't see each other Windows clients, even
 not-upgraded ones.
  * Upgraded Windows clients see Ubuntu clients, but cannot start a
 conversation.
  * Ubuntu clients see upgraded Windows clients, can start a conversation
and sustain the conversation for a while. After a while upgraded Windows
clients cannot reply, close the conversation window and wait the
conversation start again is all that work.
Sounds to me like a simple configuration problem. New port settings? Can't
figure it out. I would like a Wiki page for Bonjour setup.

Local port 5298 what's for? If I clear to reset to default get a 0 instead
(Another bug: can't bind to port 0)

 So, where should I start?
