New description:

 A few versions back (like 2.5.7 back) the "buzzed" individual didn't hear
 the sound but got only a visual confirmation of the event (he saw the text
 "BUZZ" in red, using the latest yahoo client)

 Since version 2.7.0 i can't even send a buzz to Pidgin users using Yahoo
 protocol... so of course i can't buzz Yahoo client users :|

 Please take a look at this problem. It can be so easily tested and
 replicated...
