 and attach it to this ticket.[[BR]]Please attache a debug log from the
 initial startup of Pidgin.

 You're right, it should be using the local copy instead of the PHP one
 (although, if you've added PHP to the Path (which you really shouldn't do
 for a variety of reasons like this), there may not be a ton we can do in
 addition to what we already do to try to make it use the local copy).
