 The pages linked to here ([http://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/CHowTo]) are
 incomplete and have not been modified in months/years.
 I would really appreciate it if someone could take the time to complete
 them, as it would allow new developers (myself included) to start
 developing plugins for Pidgin.
