#12546: When the connection password must be entered, pidgin initiates the
connection before getting the password.

In a setup with a few IM accounts where the password is not saved
but has to be entered by the user, pidgin first initiates the connection
and then asks for the password ! The result is that with certain IM
protocols (googletalk for sure) the password must be entered within 20
seconds (quite difficult to impossible with 3-4 accounts) or else the user
gets the message "server closed connection". Then the user must re-enable
the account and re-enter the password.
This bug is just about convenience (it may also disorient the user
to think that there is another imaginary problem !). The logic implemented
now is against usual practice of getting all the data ready before
initiating a connection !
