 From version 2.7.0 it stops receive ICQ messages from Mobile Mail.Ru
 Agent. Could it don't receive from other clients. It send messages
 normally but just don't receive. When I tried Mail.ru agent wrote that it
 send message and was received by pidgin but pidgin didn't display this
 message. Please fix this issue.
