Comment:

 I'm not familiar with the Mobile Mail.Ru Agent.  Is that an ICQ program
 that runs on your phone, and you send standard ICQ messages with it?  Or
 are you sending SMS messages to an ICQ number somehow?

 If it's an application, is it downloadable?  Do you know what phones it
 runs on?
