 I am getting im's from outside parties and would like to block them.  When
 I select the option to block the user it does not seem to really block the
 user.

 Also, is there a plan in place to allow the different applications
 ie...jabber, yahoo, aol to allow different rules, for aol and yahoo I
 could say if you are not on my buddy list you may not send me an IM and
 for jabber if you are not on my work server you can not send me im's.  Is
 there something like this?
