New description:

 After 2.7.6 till current 2.7.7 version of pidgin I have problems with
 reading incoming messages in russian encoding from ICQ protocol. My
 problem contacts use qip 2005 and qip 8095. In 2.7.4 (and probably in
 2.7.5) I didn't saw this problem. Here's log for "Привет)" incoming
 message, which is shown as "ïðèâåò)" in pidgin:
