 Could you check the encoding you have in your ICQ account settings
 (Accounts -> Your ICQ account -> Edit Account -> “Advanced” tab ->
 Encoding)? It should be CP1251 (or WINDOWS-1251), while the log seems to
 indicate you have CP1252 there (I have no idea how it happened).
