 Some strange behavior, what seems to be some kind of lack of synch between
 local stored files describing the buddy list and how these relate to
 entities reported by the server. I believe the log only covers the last
 test, but I will describe the previous results and do them again.

 (This is logs that were cleared due to restarting Pidgin most likely)

 1) added new Live account to Pidgin, and checked "save password"

 2) added new account as a contact for original account

 3) accepted contact in new account, and reciprocated with adding of
 original account.

 4) appended " - from temp" to Alias of original account as a contact
 within new account.

 Summary: self as contact within original account within Contact Group A.
 Reciprocated contacts of opposite account within default contact list
 "Buddies".

 5) Went Invisible (on both accounts)

 Result: both new contacts went offline, while self contact did not due to
 bug #12945.

 6) Went Available, and dragged both new contacts to Contact Group A from
 "Buddies".

 signed off and edited accounts to remove password, or possibly signed on
 again first; at some point the default password was removed. Before this
 happened, the second time signing on the alias ".. - from temp" had
 reappeared in the "Buddies" group, so was appearing twice for the new
 account.

 7) Removed the ".. - from temp" contact from the Buddies group, while it
 was still present in Contact Group A.

 8) tried going offline and online again, possibly from restarting pidgin,
 result: the contact ".. - from temp" which appeared in Contact Group A for
 the new account did not go online at the same time as the self contact for
 original account and contact for new account within original account.
 Attempting to IM this offline contact resulted in the message:

 (00:46:57) misaki: hihi

 (00:47:57) rose_no_shadow: Message could not be sent because an error with
 the switchboard occurred:

 (00:48:53) misaki: o.0


 Moving this offline contact from Contact Group A to the Buddies group
 resulted in the red error within the debug window, included in the
 debug_window01.log attachment:

 > <originalExceptionErrorMessage>This function requires ContactId
 </originalExceptionErrorMessage>

 So at present I have not confirmed this bug (#13067), but will keep
 testing and considering the described errors with somehow losing ContactID
 and duplicated contacts, it's possible a bug could result from Pidgin's
 saved information about the buddy list being incorrect or something, will
 update~
