 1) Deleted all contacts to or from new account

 2) restarted Pidgin

 3) logged in to both accounts, original and new

 4) added new as contact to original, authorization sent but did not
 arrive, showed up as contact due to prior authorization probably

 5) went invisible, due to #12945 only contact for new account from
 original went offline

 6) went available again

 7) added original as contact to new, authorization sent but did not
 arrive, probably due to prior authorization

 8) original account does not show as online from new account, and Pidgin
 reports "Has you: no" while simultaneously the same account is showing up
 as a contact from within original account.

 I think this particular problem is just the result of having a Windows
 Live/passport whatever account using a Yahoo address, instead of as a
 Yahoo account due to the merger years ago between MSN and Yahoo IM
 networks. So not relevant to this bug, will update if I can actually get a
 log haha. Thanks for your understanding of this possible bug and its
 existence or lack of.

 Also a persistent refusal of buddy icon to properly load, on both accounts
 with various stages of incomplete display/corruption of jpg, but again
 hardly relevant to this bug haha and a minor/irrelevant issue probably
 just related to multiple simultaneous logins from the same computer or
 something~
