 When I try to get into into my QQ Int'l account I get the following error
 message:

 请到http://hi.qq.com
 下载并安装最新的QQ版本。
 给您带来不便，敬请谅解！
 It means in English that the version of QQ is no longer used so should go
 to hi.qq.com to install the most recvent version of QQ
