 I hope you understand my misery: I have installed a third plugin which was
 functionally ok, but not for my intend to a daily usage. So I decided in
 the summer to remove the third party plugin.

 So, if THIS is really a third party plugin, why is pidgin crashing than,
 if this third party plugin is not there?

 So, whats the solution?
 catch a null pointer, if a plugin does not exists anymore.
 Or: I have to reinstall the third party plugin and than ( I hope), I can
 disable it. After that, remove that silly third party plugin??

 What do you think?
