 As you know, when you get a notice on Pidgin (IRC), it appears in a
 different window.

 My queston(s): How can I make it so the notices appear in the same window,
 as other clients, (Like mIRC), do.

 OR

 How can I make it so that If I reply to the notice VIA the window it
 opened, reply a notice, because if you reply to a notice it goes to the
 other person as a message, and that is unwanted usually, hence the "notice
 feature".
