Comment:

 We do not at all use !OpenSSL, nor can we ever--it is not license-
 compatible with Pidgin.  Pidgin uses Mozilla's NSS on Windows--the same
 SSL library Firefox and Thunderbird use.  The "Not Authorized" message has
 nothing to do with the SSL library in use.
