 In Buddy pounces, there's an option to "execute a command". Under Windows,
 it is customary to be able to "execute" any file, by launching its
 associated application.

 I've tried putting the full path to an MP3 as the command to be executed
 (given the Pidgin can't play MP3s - see ticket #7724), but nothing would
 execute.

 Of course, a workaround is to invoke the actual executable, e.g.

 {{{c:\Programs\KMPlayer\KMPlayer.exe "c:\mp3\alarm.mp3"}}}
