 Also, when adding a new contact (either to an existing account or from
 adding a new account to Pidgin), Pidgin should also look for potential
 merges in *other* groups and suggest these merges. For example, Facebook
 Chat might put all contacts in the Chat group by default. But if I already
 have a few of my Facebook Chat contacts on other Pidgin accounts in a
 different group, Pidgin should suggest to move them to the other group and
 merge the contacts.
